Role & responsibilities   :

• Reviewing and approving new SAP implementations
• Overseeing the performance of existing SAP systems
• Leading teams and senior customer stakeholders
• Drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
• Providing support to SAP users when needed
• Preparing reports on the performance of SAP systems
• Oversee the BTP and on-premises environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Manage all the entitlements in BTP for all EXIDE projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and environments.
• Monitor and manage system health, optimizations as needed.
• Lead the migration projects between on-premises and private cloud infrastructure. environments.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines related to infrastructure projects.
