We are looking for Executive - HR based in Bangalore (Mylapura).

Role Purpose

To act as the HR partner at the site level, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and workforce management while aligning with corporate HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Recruitment & Onboarding (Major Blue Collar)

• Manage hiring of site-level manpower (staff, operators, contract workers).
• Conduct joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
