Location – Remote

Timing – 4pm – 1am IST

Role

Lead the design and delivery of integrations using IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM MQ,

Managed File Transfer platforms and SAP. Work across IT and business teams. Guide

development and ensure stable, secure, and scalable integrations.

Responsibilities

 Design, develop and document integration patterns for services, events, and batch

workflows.

 Build and review integrations involving application, file, and message flows.

 Support development, testing, deployment, and operational handoff.

 Maintain standards for logging, security, naming, and error handling.

 Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and refine user stories.

 Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

 Oversee code reviews, resolve issues, and track delivery progress.

 Improve reliability, performance, and support readiness.

 Coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams.

 Provide clear status updates and follow compliance requirements.

Required Skills

 Strong experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise V11 or higher.

 Strong experience with IBM MQ.

 Managed File Transfer experience with Cleo OR Globalscape preferred

 SAP integration experience with RFC, IDoc, and API-driven interfaces.

 Experience working with publish-subscribe, message-based and database integrations.

 Hands-on ESQL, Javae experience for building integration components and utilities.

 Monitoring experience with Splunk and DataDog a plus.

 Experience with REST, SOAP, and event-driven messaging patterns.
