Role :

Looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Practice Head to lead the HCM cloud initiatives across Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Workforce Management. The role cuts across domain expertise, pre-sales and solutions to drive growth and innovation in the Oracle HCM space.

He / She would define and evolve the Oracle Cloud HCM practice roadmap aligned with client needs.

Build solution accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks to scale implementations.

Lead pre-sales engagements for Oracle Cloud HCM across Core HR, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, and Workforce modules.

Own responses to RFPs / RFIs, ensuring strategic alignment and differentiation.

Serve as SME across Oracle HCM modules, guiding solution architecture, demos, and POCs.

AsK :

15+yrs of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and pre-sales leadership (SHOULD have begun his / her career with Oracle development and then moved into the practice space).

Deep techno-functional knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Time & Labor, and Recruitment modules. Should have been involved in RFP's and RFI's.
