Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for working on diverse legal matters, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and providing advisory support. The role also involves representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, engaging in negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Collaboration with the legal team and interacting with clients are integral to this position.

Qualifications

A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatory

Post Qualification Experience of 2+ years

Other Requirements

Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and drafting legal opinions

Hands-on experience with Litigation, Arbitration, and handling cases under various legal statutes

Familiarity with regulatory compliance and the ability to provide strategic business law advisory

Strong communication and negotiation skills for client interaction and representation

Effective collaboration and the ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in a corporate or a law firm is a plus

Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred
