We’re Hiring : Academic Counsellor | Full-Time (Freshers Welcome!)

Mankkavu, Kozhikode | Xylem Learning

Xylem Learning is growing! We’re looking for enthusiastic, result-driven Student Counsellors to guide learners and drive enrolments for our expanding academic programs.

🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Engage with prospective students / parents via inbound & outbound calls
  • Assess academic needs and recommend the right Xylem programs
  • Present and promote course offerings with confidence
  • Build strong relationships with students & families
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly enrolment & revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate with academic, marketing & operations teams
  • Share feedback to enhance conversions & student experience

🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • 0–2 years of experience in counselling / sales (education sector is a plus)
  • Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion & communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and relationship-focused
  • Malayalam proficiency preferred;

    • English communication desirable
