Roles & Responsibilities :

Land Validation & Crop Planning

Prepare land-specific Package of Practices (PoPs) for energy crop farming.
Develop and implement planting, cultivation, and harvesting plans to maximize productivity.

Resource & Operations Management

Oversee efficient utilization of land, labor, machinery, and finances .

Implement strategies for yield optimization and ensure adherence to quality standards .

Recruit, train, and supervise workforce to maintain labor efficiency .

Financial Management & Profitability

Manage plantation budgets , ensuring cost-effective operations.

Focus on profitability through efficient resource management and operational planning.

Sustainability & Compliance

Implement and maintain sustainable agricultural practices , including environmental stewardship and social responsibility.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
