Role : Healthcare AI Fellow (Engineering)

Type : Full-time Contract, 6 months (clear path to permanent AI Engineer role based on performance)

Location : Remote

What You'll Do :

  • Rapidly design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines
  • Develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling, shaping the entire engineering team's approach
  • Engage daily in collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers

Must-have :

  • Advanced Python and expert proficiency in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
  • Proven track record rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions
  • Demonstrated high agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes

    • Nice-to-have :

  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints (training provided)

    • Success in Six Months :

  • Launch production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally
  • Establish reusable technical assets that become integral to iksa.ai’s operational frameworks
  • Deliver clear improvements in model accuracy, scalability, and reliability
