Lead Commercial Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Commercial Interior Designer to lead our design practice across India.

• Key Responsibilities :

Design Leadership & Delivery : Develop and oversee the design function across multiple cities in India, drive the creative vision, and review and approve design concepts.

Client & Stakeholder Management : Engage with clients at CXO and senior leadership levels, act as the design face of our company, and collaborate with business development teams.

Team & Process Management : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing design team, implement best practices, and drive adoption of proprietary VR tech platform.

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

12+ years of professional experience in workplace / commercial interior design.

Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
