Architect

About the Role : We are looking for a skilled and proactive Architect to lead the end-to-end design and execution of our in-house office premises. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to take complete ownership of office interiors- from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for our commercial office spaces.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, layout plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with vendors and contractors.
• Oversee and supervise the on-site execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor budgets, material selection, and timelines.
• Ensure the final deliverables align with design intent and business needs. Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
• Prior experience in commercial interiors is essential;

residential interiors experience will be an added advantage.
