As an Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients — managing their link-building campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining clear communication, and helping them achieve measurable SEO growth.
Location : Remote (Work from Home)
Work Days : Monday to Friday
Role Overview
The Account Manager will oversee client relationships from onboarding to ongoing campaign performance. You'll manage deliverables, coordinate with the outreach, content, and strategy teams, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, reporting, and problem-solving.
This is a client-facing, project management, and strategy coordination role — perfect for someone who understands SEO fundamentals and loves keeping things organized, transparent, and on track.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Schedule regular calls or Slack updates to discuss progress and strategy.
- Build trust through transparency, responsiveness, and performance insights.
2. Campaign Management
Oversee ongoing link-building campaigns and ensure deadlines are met.Collaborate with outreach, content, and link exchange teams to ensure smooth execution.Track live links, anchor text distribution, and monthly deliverables.Ensure every link aligns with Anchorial's quality standards (no PBNs or irrelevant sites).Manage campaign updates in.3. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using data from Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.Summarize key metrics : DR growth, referring domains, keyword movement, and traffic changes.Analyze performance trends and recommend adjustments to improve results.Present reports in a clear, data-backed, client-friendly manner.4. Strategic Support
Assist clients with on-page SEO and content recommendations (in coordination with the content manager).Identify link gaps, competitor backlink opportunities, and keyword insights.Collaborate with the leadership team on new campaign ideas, upsells, or optimization strategies.Stay updated on SEO and AI-driven ranking trends to advise clients effectively.5. Internal Coordination
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs between departments.Communicate client feedback, revisions, or issues to the relevant team promptly.Maintain accurate campaign notes, client history, and next-step tasks.Required Skills & Tool Knowledge
Tools
Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, Search Console (for performance tracking).Monday, Google Sheets, and Slack for project coordination.Familiarity with Apollo.io, Snov.io, and link-building workflows is a plus.Skills

2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or SEO project coordination.Prior experience in a digital marketing or link-building agency is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.Perks
