Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in creative design (both digital and print). Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, print design, and motion graphics / animations. Proficiency in industry-standard tools : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Animation / motion tools (After Effects, Blender, or equivalent). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding. Experience working in fast-paced agency / startup environments is a plus. Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and deliver innovative ideas. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong time management and attention to detail. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.

Job Description
- Conceptualize and design creative assets for social media campaigns, brand promotions, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Develop print-ready designs such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and event branding materials.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short animations for social media, digital ads, and product explainer videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate campaign briefs into impactful visual communication.
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions to enhance visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with design trends, animation tools, and creative best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
