in scrapping their old vehicles while ensuring maximum benefits.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven Telecaller RA to join our Scrap Team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for reaching out to customers, explaining the scrap process and benefits,

negotiating with both customers and scrap dealers, and ensuring successful conversions of scrap car

leads. In addition, maintaining call hygiene, updating call status promptly, and adhering to daily login and

operational guidelines will be key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to customers from the provided leads and guide them through the scrap

process.

  • Clearly explain the benefits of scrapping their vehicle with CARS24, including financial
  • incentives and environmental impact.

  • Negotiate with customers and scrap dealers to facilitate the best possible price for vehicle
  • scrapping.

  • Ensure successful lead conversion by addressing customer queries and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of calling status and lead progress in the system.
  • Adhere to daily login schedules, ensuring on-time attendance and consistent performance.
  • Follow call hygiene standards, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
  • Meet and exceed monthly scrap car conversion targets, contributing to team goals.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or a customer service role (preferably in automotive or
  • related industries).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers and dealers effectively.
  • Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers to drive conversions.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools to update call records.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in maintaining work schedules and operational
  • hygiene.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
