This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, or business operations, who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys solving cross-functional challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Drive and support key strategic projects across operations, hiring, marketing, and growth
- Manage founder’s schedule, prep for meetings, and ensure follow-ups are closed
- Build and maintain trackers, reports, and internal decks
- Represent the founder in key communications when needed
