Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new K-12 opportunities within key markets of Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai — school operators, developer groups, family offices, and funds.
Source sale-leaseback, built-to-suit, and capital raise opportunities.
Map K-12 and education infrastructure transactions in key Indian metros.
Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings with decision makers (promoters, CFOs, developers).
Maintain relationships with architects, consultants, facility managers and banks.
Represent TSHG at education and real estate industry events.
Maintain an updated database of K-12 schools, developers, and investors.
Maintain weekly reports in the CRM
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in business development / institutional real estate / school infra / consulting / leasing / education sales.
Prior exposure to K-12, higher education or developer ecosystem is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools.
