Job description2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (staffing agencies). Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Experience working with Implementation & Direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms . Familiarity with US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.). Understanding of IT technologies like Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Science, AI / ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, and Networking. Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed . Strong communication & negotiation skills. Ability to handle high-volume recruiting and meet tight deadlines. Expertise in building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates. Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring regulations .
