We operate like a startup but deliver like a product studio — focused, fast, and driven by design-first thinking. What You'll Do Lead or contribute to the design of ERP, CRM, or POS platforms across web and mobile Collaborate with the CEO, Tech, and Product teams to convert complex workflows into intuitive UI Conduct competitor analysis and user journey mapping for business apps Design clean, modular, and responsive UI using Figma (components, variants, design systems) Maintain consistency across modules while optimizing for performance and usability Independently design user-friendly products from scratch with little guidance. Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from ideation to prototype handoff. Occasionally create branding or marketing design elements for product launch support What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in UI / UX design Experience designing ERP, CRM, or admin dashboards (MUST) Proficiency in Figma, especially with components and libraries Understanding of user personas and product workflows in B2B SaaS Ability to think like a product designer — balancing aesthetics, usability, and business goals. Self-motivated, able to take initiative and design without constant direction.
