Senior Media Buyer - Meta

Our team of experts provides comprehensive solutions tailored to each brand’s unique needs.The Role : As a Senior Meta Media Buyer, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns for a portfolio of DTC clients. Your primary goal will be to drive scalable growth and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) through expert campaign management on the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platform.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute full-funnel Meta advertising strategies for DTC clients.Manage campaigns end-to-end : setup, targeting, creative testing, and daily optimization.Oversee and scale significant client ad budgets to exceed performance targets.Analyze campaign data (ROAS, CAC, CVR) to derive actionable insights and drive performance improvements.Communicate strategy and report on performance directly to clients.Mentor junior team members on media buying best practices.Who You Are : 4+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience , preferably in an agency setting.Proven track record of managing and scaling significant ad spend for DTC / e-commerce brands.Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel / Google Sheets.Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.Experience with other platforms (Google, Meta ) or DTC reporting tools (e.g., Triple Whale) is a plus.What We Offer : Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.Opportunity to work with exciting, high-growth DTC brands.Flexible and hybrid work environment.A collaborative team focused on professional growth.How to Apply : To apply, please send your resume and a brief note about a successful DTC campaign you managed @epigrowwglobal.com
