Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Transport Manager for timely execution of planned operational activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reports to all concerned.
• Follow up on exceptions with managers and adhere to ICE timelines for raising queries.
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external colleagues.
• Plan and execute routing operational tasks efficiently to minimize operational spending.
• Coordinate with FB staff for timely vendor payments and address any gaps in the payment process.
• Inform all relevant parties of unresolved issues.
• Formulate weekly and periodic reports for internal and external reviews.
• Provide audit support and act as the Point of Contact (POC).
• Ensure adherence to Transport Management Terms by all service providers.
• Achieve project rollouts as defined by customer contracts and KPIs.
• Participate in project management and delivery.
• Contribute to team member satisfaction as measured by annual surveys.
• Achieve agreed cost-down targets and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
