Lead GIS Analyst

Job descriptionLeadership skills to lead a team of 15 to 30 team towards meeting project goals Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process Coordinate with team members and other team leads for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance Escalation Management Risk Management Meeting defined goals and for productivity, quality and efficiency Deep understanding of project domains, and people management and tools such as workflow management system Support Project Manager with timely inputs on project progress and team performance Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations / resolutions Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness Project planning and delivery management Periodic status review meeting Manage and monitor performance Fluent written and spoken English-High influential verbal communication Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Proficiency in GIS packages and POI (Point of Interest) Technical analysis skills and strong project domain knowledge Capable to manage compliance systems -ISO, ISMS High capable to manage trainings as a chief Mentor to his teams Minimum Qualification : Graduation - Degree in any stream / Post Graduate in science.
