Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy for biotech courses, services, events, and brand growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market trends, competitor research, and digital innovations.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, academic, and design teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.

Performance Marketing

  • Drive and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Own the digital funnel from impressions to conversions — optimize targeting, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Manage budgets, ROAS, CPL, and CAC benchmarks with precision.
  • SEO & Content Growth

  • Lead the organic growth engine — implement high-impact SEO strategies for scientific content, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Oversee keyword strategy, technical SEO audits, backlink planning, and on-page optimization.
  • Collaborate with content writers and scientific experts to ensure quality and visibility.
  • Automation & CRM

  • Design and manage lead-nurture journeys using marketing automation platforms .
  • Segment audience lists and set up behavior-based campaigns, triggers, and retargeting workflows.Analytics, Insights & Optimization
  • Set performance KPIs and build dashboards to track campaign success using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, regular reports, and optimization strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, interns, and agencies (where applicable).
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks, consistent brand voice, and delivery of measurable results.
  • What You Bring

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership / managerial capacity.
  • Proven success in running high-performing digital campaigns with strong conversion metrics.
  • Strong grasp of marketing tools : Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush / Ahrefs, Mailchimp / Zoho / HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, simplified digital content.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in the edtech, biotech, or healthcare sectors
  • Video marketing and storytelling experience for scientific content
  • Digital certifications (Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint)
  • Experience managing global campaigns or scaling to international audiences.
