Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, Flow Designer, FSM, and EC Pro modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow solutions to support digital service operations and enterprise automation. This role requires a strong technical background in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations, along with the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and configure catalog items, workflows, and UI policies.
- Implement notifications, approval flows, and business rules to streamline operations.
- Develop solutions using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
- Automate processes using server-side / client-side scripting and reusable components.
- Develop and support integrations with external systems via REST APIs, SOAP, or data imports.
- Ensure security best practices, access controls, and compliance are maintained.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules such as :
1. ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB)
2. HRSD (HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Service Delivery)
3. FSM (Field Service Management)
4. EC Pro (Employee Center Pro for unified service experience)
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Perform unit testing and support QA teams in integration and user acceptance testing.Create and maintain technical documentation, version control, and knowledge base articles.Provide L3 support for escalated issues and troubleshoot platform-related problems.Contribute to best practices and coding standards for the development team.Skills & Tools :
Core : ITSM, HRSD, Flow Designer, FSM, EC ProScripting : JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client ScriptsIntegrations : REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHubPlatform Tools : Service Catalog, Notifications, UI Policies, ACLsDevOps & Agile : Git, Version Control, Jira, Agile :6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development.Strong knowledge of ITSM and HRSD modules; exposure to FSM and EC Pro preferred.Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.Experience with REST API / SOAP integrations and data transformation mapping.Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade processes and release management.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications (CIS ITSM / HRSD / FSM) preferred.Thanks.
