Job descriptionStrong Communication skills Ability to do multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Proficiency in system analysis, design, development and implementation Extensive working Knowledge in ReactJs,NodeJs & Mongo DB(MERN Stack), Good in Frontend - responsive design using Reactjs.Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to define and implement innovative solutions.isually appealing user interfaces. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining full-stack applications.Expert in building Technical Design Documentation, Test Scripts, maintaining RICEFW matrices and Project / Team Management activities Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability.Implement security and data protection measures in line with industry best practices. In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React js, and Node.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI, etc. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Knowledge of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
- Work closely with front-end and back-end teams to deliver high-quality products
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable applications
- Write well-documented, clean, reusable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in web technologies
Qualification
Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role
