Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, act as a SCRUM Master, and possess hands-on experience with Postman and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a SCRUM Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Use Postman to validate APIs and support integration testing.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
