The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Video Podcast Editor to transform our long-form founder conversations (60-90 minutes) into polished video content that captivates our audience across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This role is critical to scaling our video presence as we continue growing our community of startup enthusiasts.

What You'll Do

• Edit 8-10 long-form podcast episodes per month (60-90 minute conversations) into engaging video content
• Create compelling motion graphics intros for podcast episodes that capture attention and set the tone
• Add professional graphics, lower thirds, B-roll, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling
• Ensure audio quality is pristine—removing background noise, balancing levels, and enhancing clarity
• Collaborate with the host to understand the narrative arc and identify the most impactful moments
• Manage the entire post-production workflow from raw footage to final delivery
• Stay current with video trends and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach.
