The Role

The SME will serve as the knowledge and strategy anchor for the Housing Finance vertical, advising both internal teams and external clients on growth, risk, compliance, and transformation opportunities. The individual will play a pivotal role in shaping market entry strategies, scaling operations, driving digital and process innovation, and fostering relationships with regulators, investors, and industry bodies.

The Person

Age Group : 47-52 years

Experience : 20+ years in housing finance, mortgage lending, affordable housing, securitization, and credit risk, with exposure to policy, regulation, and digital transformation.

Background : Senior leadership roles in leading housing finance institutions, banks, or Big-4 consulting firms, demonstrating both technical depth and industry foresight.

Leadership Competencies :

Vision to shape housing finance in India with global best practices and local adaptability.

Intrapreneurial orientation to build and scale new practices within a global consulting platform.

Strong ability to influence stakeholders across regulators, industry associations, and government.

Proven record of developing and mentoring high-performance teams while upholding integrity and inclusion.
