▷ (Urgent Search) Compliance Lead

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to lead the compliance function at a fast-growing, tech-driven NBFC. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can build and scale robust compliance systems from the ground up.

Location : Bangalore and Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance across RBI regulations, reporting, and audits
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors
• Develop internal compliance processes, policies, and training programs
• Work closely with business, credit, legal, and product teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update internal systems and controls
