Key Deliverables

Develop and modify concrete mix designs per customer requirements
Conduct and document laboratory testing of concrete, aggregates, and cement
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for product complaints
Support sales team in customer trials and technical demonstrations

Role Responsibilities

Align product development with evolving customer needs

Maintain accurate test records and analysis reports

Support site trials and technical queries raised by contractors

Track market and competitor changes to inform development strategy
