Job Role- Full Stack Engineer(Growth-Focused)

Job Type- Contract / Freelance

Duration- 1 Month

Work Mode- 8 hours per day

We’re looking for a Full Stack Growth Engineer on a 1-month contract to work remotely (8 hours / day) on projects that drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing automation .

Key Responsibilities :

Execute technical experiments to improve acquisition and revenue.
Build and maintain integrations with marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
Implement automation workflows and optimize lead capture mechanisms.
Support landing page development, testing, and optimization.
Enhance technical SEO for organic growth.
Collaborate with growth, marketing, and engineering teams to align implementations with goals.

Technical Skills Required :

Frontend : JavaScript (React, Next.js), HTML, CSS

Backend : Node.js, Python, API Development

Marketing Tech Stack : HubSpot, Segment, GTM, Looker (or other BI tools)

Database & Cloud : Firebase, PostgreSQL, AWS / GCP

Analytics & SEO : Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush

Preferred Qualifications :

B2B SaaS experience

Knowledge of GTM, RevOps, and marketing data pipelines

Ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions

Prior growth engineering or technical marketing experience
