Job Title : Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Formwork Systems

Department : Sales & Business Development

About the Company :

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality formwork systems used in construction and infrastructure development. Our innovative and engineered solutions support efficient, safe, and cost-effective concrete forming for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a driven and technically competent Sales Executive / Manager to expand our market presence and drive sales of our formwork systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction industry, particularly in concrete forming, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Generate leads and follow up with contractors, builders, consultants, and developers.

Promote and demonstrate formwork systems to prospective clients.

Provide technical advice and custom solutions to clients based on project requirements.

Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service.

Keep updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

Prepare weekly / monthly reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.

Experience :

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials or formwork systems.

Strong understanding of concrete structures and formwork technology is an advantage.

Skills :

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical aptitude to understand and explain formwork systems.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client offices.
