Job Title : Cluster Head Operations

Locations : Nilagiri / Nilgiris

A bank Cluster Head of Operations oversees a group of bank branches,

ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance . Key responsibilities include managing branch performance against targets, overseeing staff, implementing and optimizing operational processes, handling audits, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role also involves strategic planning, cost control, and coordinating with various support departments.

Operational and administrative

Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.

Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, and other support services for branch needs.

Oversee cash management, account reconciliation, and ensure end-of-day processes are accurate and compliant.

Manage and control operational budgets and report variances.

Performance and strategy

Achieve business targets for the cluster, including CASA, assets, fee-based products, and merchant acquisition.

Analyze data and market trends to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

Drive performance and productivity improvements across all branches in the cluster.

Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all branches.
