🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development & Sales Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with cold calling, and passionate about connecting with potential clients. The primary responsibility is to reach out to leads, understand their requirements, qualify them, and schedule meetings for the senior sales / technical team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential leads and introduce company services.
- Generate interest and convert leads into qualified prospects.
- Schedule meetings & demos for the relevant internal team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently on leads and build strong client relationships.
- Assist in achieving weekly & monthly conversion targets.
