Roles and Responsibilities :
Independently interaction with potential partner candidates to understand various aspects of their current compensation, as well as to explain their proposed offer to them
Creation of Offer Sheets for potential candidates
Discussing proposed offer with the Leader
Maintaining database with relevant information of all aspects of Partner candidates.
Providing necessary compensation related data to Compensation & Benefits Team and assist them with relevant information on a regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Knowledge of basic accounting and taxation concepts is essential w.R.T. partner compensation structure
Hands-on with stock valuations (ESOP, RSU valuation) and build Discounted Cash Flow models
Excellent command over MS Excel
Able to work extensively with MS PowerPoint presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
A self-starter and should be diligent, proactive and timely in completion of tasks
Should have good analytical skills
Knowledge of basic accounts and partner compensation structure is essential
