Role Overview

We’re seeking a Delivery Manager who brings proven experience in UK & Europe recruitment processes — someone who understands how to navigate compliance, source strategically, engage clients, and drive performance.

You’ll have the autonomy to build the delivery structure, lead a team, and expand the TEKgence footprint across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for UK and Europe clients.

✅ Build and mentor a dedicated delivery team, setting strong performance benchmarks.

✅ Develop and implement best-practice sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking channels.

✅ Ensure GDPR compliance, right-to-work checks, and adherence to regional hiring laws.

✅ Collaborate with Account Managers and leadership to fulfil open roles efficiently and maintain client satisfaction.

✅ Create reporting frameworks, delivery dashboards, and quality metrics for leadership visibility.

✅ Stay ahead of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and skill demands in the European region.

Desired Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in UK & Europe staffing / recruitment.

Deep understanding of permanent, contract, and MSP recruitment models.

Strong command over VMS portals, rate negotiations, and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to scale teams, streamline operations, and hit delivery targets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing abilities.

Prior experience with EOR, payroll, or global delivery models is a plus.
