Role : Business Development Executive – Travel Sales
Location : PTR Towers, Bypass Road, Madurai
Type : Full-time | No WFH | 10-hour shift ( 6 days / week)
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads from WhatsApp, calls, ads into confirmed travel bookings
- Share clear quotes & itineraries (with inclusions / exclusions)
- Follow up, negotiate, and close deals with timely payments
- Update CRM (Bitrix24) daily with notes, next steps, and payment status
- Achieve clearly defined monthly sales targets
- Meet weekly / monthly targets and submit reports
Skills Required
Spoken English & Tamil + 1 Additional LanguageStrong sales mindset and disciplined with follow-upsGoogle Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM toolsPrior travel sales experience is a plusWhat We Offer
