Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conceptualizing and developing interior design concepts, space planning, and layouts.

Prepare

architectural and interior drawings , 3D models, and presentation boards.

Coordinate with senior architects, designers, and project managers on design and execution details.

Support in preparing

construction drawings, material specifications, and BOQs .

Conduct site visits to ensure that work aligns with design intent and quality standards.

Research materials, finishes, and design trends for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Liaise with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.

Assist in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and sample boards.

Maintain project documentation, drawings, and revisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).

0–2 years of experience in

architecture or interior design projects .

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop , and

MS Office .

Knowledge of

materials, furniture design, lighting, and detailing .

Strong visualization and presentation skills.

Ability to interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with technical teams.

Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills
