Lead Dotnet Developer

Job Title : Technical Lead – C# / .NET

Location : Noida / Indore (On-site / Hybrid – as applicable)

Experience : 7–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, WinForms, and WPF.

Architect scalable and secure solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Define coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and guide refactoring initiatives.

Oversee database design and integration using SQL Server and advanced SQL queries.

Mentor team members, delegate tasks, and ensure on-time project delivery within Agile frameworks.

Collaborate closely with product owners and QA to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.

Maintain detailed technical documentation and support CI / CD initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

7–10 years of experience in C# and .NET development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.

Strong command over Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.

Proven experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WinForms, and WPF application development.

Expertise in SQL Server, database performance tuning, and data modeling.

Proficiency in Git, Agile / Scrum methodologies, and modern SDLC practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with .NET Core, microservices, or cloud-based architectures (Azure / AWS).

Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of system design, scalability, and application security.
