Engineer Production

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall management of production operation
• Execution of Monthly, Weekly Production Plans
• Documentation of all customer related processes
• Facility planning and installation, commissioning of Advanced technology
• Establish Configuration Management
• First sample development and FAI Approval
• Maintain Production Register & OEE
• Rejection control, initiations of actions on non-conformances
• Prepare forecast, control over materials to meet production requirements
• Review and reporting to management about production and sales performance
• Initiate plan and action to increase productivity.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages
• Man Power Handling and work allotment based on monthly plan.
• Rejection control in production
• Continual improvement in Productionised part.
