About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and people-focused professional to join our HR team in an Employee Engagement role. This position is based at our Head Office in Adanishantigram, Ahmedabad. You will play a key role in shaping a positive work culture, driving engagement initiatives, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement Programs
• Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs aligned with company values.
• Organize cultural events, team-building sessions, celebrations, CSR activities, and wellness initiatives.
• Drive employee feedback surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans.
• Develop effective communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and motivated.
• Draft newsletters, mailers, and internal announcements for better engagement.
• Employee Recognition & Retention
• Execute reward & recognition (R&R) programs to motivate and appreciate employees.
• Partner with HR Business Partners / Managers to address employee morale & retention concerns.
• Employee Experience & Workplace Culture
• Act as a point of contact for engagement-related queries and suggestions.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging through initiatives and campaigns.
• Enhance onboarding experience with welcome kits, buddy program & orientation support.
• Data & Reporting
• Maintain engagement activity calendars and budgets.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on participation, feedback, and impact of engagement activities.
