Key Responsibilities :
HR Specialist - Employer Branding : Develop and execute strategies to position the company as a top employer in the IT and AI industry.
- Talent Acquisition : Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-caliber professionals who align with our vision and culture.
- Networking & Representation : Act as the face of the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.
- Employee Engagement : Enhance workplace culture and employee experience to boost retention and satisfaction.
- HR Strategy & Leadership : Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Social Media & PR : Work with marketing teams to showcase employer branding through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
- AI & HR Tech : Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline hiring and HR operations.
Key Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in HR, employer branding, or talent acquisition - Strong presence, confidence, and personality to influence and engage talent.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in IT, AI, or tech-driven organizations is preferred but not mandatory.Proven track record (or potential) in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction strategies(ref : iimjobs.com)
