We are hiring a Pricing Analyst specifically for IIT graduates with experience in top-tier consulting or strong management environments to support a high growth international consumer business. This role is designed for individuals with rigorous academic training and structured problem solving experience who are looking to take ownership of real commercial decisions in a fast-paced setting.
The position sits within the core growth function and plays a critical role in shaping pricing strategy, revenue optimisation, and margin performance.
Exceptional freshers from IITs or candidates with strong consulting internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Role Overview
As a Pricing Analyst, you will analyse pricing performance, design experiments, and support pricing decisions across products and categories. You will work closely with growth, performance marketing, and leadership teams to ensure pricing strategies are data-driven, competitive, and aligned with overall business objectives.
This is a hands-on role requiring both quantitative depth and strong commercial judgement.
Key ResponsibilitiesPricing and Commercial Strategy
- Review and optimise pricing across key products to improve revenue and gross margin
- Design and support A / B pricing experiments and evaluate results
- Conduct competitor and market pricing analysis
- Support discounting and promotion strategies with a focus on profitability
Data Analysis and Modelling
Analyse sales, margin, and performance data to identify pricing opportunitiesWork with data from platforms such as Shopify and Google AdsBuild, interpret, and communicate analytical or pricing modelsCross-Functional Collaboration

Graduate from an Indian Institute of TechnologyStrong academic record with a CGPA of 8.0 or aboveExperience in top-tier consulting or structured management roles with high performance expectationsStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsComfortable working with Excel and data-driven analysisExcellent written and spoken EnglishWillingness to work London time zone hours and extended hours when requiredPreferred Experience
