As an AWS Cloud Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. You will work with core AWS services, manage containerized workloads, ensure security compliance, and optimize monitoring and alerting systems. This role supports high-availability production environments and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- AWS Infrastructure Management :
- Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure using core AWS services including EC2 , S3 , RDS (MS-SQL) , VPC / Networking , and CloudWatch .
- Container Orchestration :
- Manage containerized workloads using ECS / EKS and ensure smooth deployment, scaling, and operations of containerized applications.
- Security and IAM :
- Implement AWS security best practices, manage IAM roles / policies , Security Groups , and maintain compliance with security standards.
- Monitoring and Alerting :
- Configure, optimize, and manage logging and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and rapid response to incidents.
- High-Availability Systems Support :
- Maintain and support SaaS / HealthTech production systems with high availability, ensuring uptime and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Certificate Management :
- Update and manage SSL certificates to ensure secure communication and data protection.
Required Technical Expertise :
Hands-on experience with EC2, S3, RDS (MS-SQL), VPC / Networking, CloudWatch , backup / restore operationsExperience managing containerized workloads with ECS / EKS (preferred)Proficiency in AWS security best practices , IAM , and Security GroupsExperience in monitoring, alerting, and logging optimizationFamiliarity with SaaS or HealthTech environments (bonus)Ability to update and manage SSL certificatesSkills Required
