Highly self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and mature in understanding evolving business needs. A sharp negotiator, fast learner, strategic thinker, and proactive doer. Exceptionally proactive, eager to take initiative, and confident in running with new ideas. Outstanding communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.

Job Description :
- Drive digital ad sales across a defined set of industry verticals.
- Prospect, pitch, and build new advertising opportunities with key clients and agency stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct online advertisers and media agencies.
- Manage the entire client lifecycle—from initial engagement to campaign execution and re-engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to consistently achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Ensure a strong and healthy business pipeline at all times.
- Independently execute the sales plan with accountability.
- Prepare, maintain, and present regular business reports.
