Design is at the core of how we communicate. We’re looking for a

Senior Graphic Designer

who can bring our real estate projects to life through compelling visual storytelling, impactful marketing collateral, and elevated brand experiences.

Role Overview

As a

Senior Graphic Designer

at Propacity, you will lead the design execution for real estate projects – working across

branding, digital creatives, offline marketing materials, brochures, site branding, and more . This is a key role for someone who understands how design influences buyer behavior and can translate property features into visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts for

real estate branding, marketing campaigns, and sales collateral .

Design

digital creatives

for social media, websites, paid campaigns, emailers, and WhatsApp marketing.

Create

print-ready assets

such as brochures, hoardings, site branding, standees, flyers, and event collateral.

Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Project teams to understand creative requirements and align visuals with business goals.

Collaborate with external agencies (when required) and oversee the quality and consistency of design outputs.

Ensure that all designs maintain brand consistency, high visual standards, and storytelling quality.

Stay updated with

real estate design trends , buyer psychology, and competitor marketing practices.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience

in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the

real estate sector

(mandatory or highly preferred).

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

Experience designing for both

digital and print mediums .

Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Eye for detail and a strong design sensibility aligned with premium real estate audiences.

Experience collaborating with marketing or sales teams is a plus.
