[Immediate Start] Product Manager

Experience : 7-18 years

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech Civil

About the Role :

We are looking for a mid to senior-level Product Manager with strong technical expertise in construction chemicals (admixtures, waterproofing, repair products, sealants, flooring solutions, etc.). You will manage the entire product lifecycle, support R&D and sales teams, and act as the primary technical point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop and optimize products.
• Define product roadmaps, launch plans, and pricing strategies.
• Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Manage customer relationships and gather feedback to improve products.
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
