ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for recruitment of potential candidates
• Liaise with managers / team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
• Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Responsible for full cycle of recruiting , starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals, linkedIn & other databases
• Perform screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
• Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis
• Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience at every stage during the recruitment process
