We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack / Backednd Technical Lead / Backend Developer to drive architecture, system design, and development for products serving millions of users. This role combines technical leadership with a hands-on approach to building scalable, high-performance, and cross-platform systems. You will own critical architectural components—particularly the Backend for Frontend (BFF) layer—and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

The Impact You’ll Make

Lead architecture and system design for features used by millions across web and cross-platform environments.

Own end-to-end systems, including frontend, backend, and the BFF (Backend for Frontend) layer.

Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous growth.

Drive key technical decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability across squads.

Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate business goals into well-engineered, user-centric solutions.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of strong professional experience in software engineering with a proven record of technical leadership.

Expertise in Java, Kotlin, .NET, and JavaScript / TypeScript, with hands-on experience in Node.Js and React (or other modern TypeScript frameworks).

Solid background in BFF (Backend for Frontend) architecture—designing, building, or maintaining components that connect front-end and back-end systems.

Experience building high-traffic, high-availability platforms and leading end-to-end architecture for scalable systems.

Strong API and middleware design abilities with deep understanding of system integration principles.

Proven experience in mentoring teams, influencing architecture direction, and solving complex technical challenges.

Nice to Have

Experience with Scala or other JVM languages.

Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Background in cross-platform or migration projects (e.G. native-to-WebView transitions or hybrid app ecosystems).
