Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM BST

Compensation : ₹15 – ₹17 LPA (pro-rata for contract)

About the Role

We’re now looking for a Full Stack Developer (React + Supabase) to join us on contract, someone who blends strong technical ability with a thoughtful approach to user experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping our platform as we expand, helping us create digital experiences that make therapy easier, safer, and more accessible for everyone.

This role is ideal for a developer who’s passionate about frontend craftsmanship and backend reliability. You’ll work closely with our design and product teams to build scalable, secure, and beautifully designed web applications, ensuring every user interaction feels smooth, inclusive, and purposeful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, accessible interfaces using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn / ui, and Radix UI.
  • Manage complex forms and validation with React Hook Form and Zod.
  • Handle server state management and data caching using TanStack React Query.
  • Design and integrate Supabase backend services — authentication, database schema, storage, and edge functions.
  • Write secure and efficient database queries, schemas, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless frontend–backend communication.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver user-centric features that align with MySafeTherapy’s mission.
  • Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code with testing and CI / CD best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Solid experience developing applications using React, React Query, React Hook Form, and Zod.
  • Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS, shadcn / ui, and Radix UI (or similar).
  • Experience building and integrating Supabase (or Firebase / Hasura / Postgres) for authentication, database, and storage.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, API integration, and state management.
  • Experience working with Git, modern CI / CD workflows, and remote collaboration tools.

    • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Supabase Edge Functions or serverless architectures.
  • Awareness of web accessibility (a11y) and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with authentication / authorization flows.
  • Experience using testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
