Salesforce Architect - LWC / Apex

Description : :

1. At least 1 Developer and functional certifications on Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service cloud.

2. Solid hands-on understanding of SFDC platform.

3. Strong SFDC Apex, LWC and Lightning Component programming skills.

4. Support Experience NOT preferred.

5. Ability to create scalable technical design for transformative solutions.

6. Apex Data Loader and experience on large data migration for complex data model and files / attachments.

7. Deployment experience with best practices. Optionally aware about CI / CD process, Copado.

8. Strong communication skills and experience of direct customer interfacing

9. Ability to conduct org level Impact analysis approach and experience.

10. Ability to lead a team and establish clear design directions and task priorities.

11. Able to report the status accurately for leadership reporting and :

1. Awareness of IT Support processes, SLA reporting and support protocols

2. Manufacturing process knowledge.

3. SAP basic awareness.

4. Commerce Cloud or CPQ awareness

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role :

• Lead custom development on the Salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service cloud are a must)
• Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Lightning Components, data modelling, integration, and data migration
• Develop tech specifications for business processes, process flows, application design, application configuration, test processes and release management.
• Design Salesforce solutions that cross multiple business areas within clients environment
• Lead a team of senior Salesforce developers as a Technical Lead
• Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
• Technical design / development, document, configuration, maintenance, administration and integration of the Salesforce platform
• Overseeing application development from conception to end user rollout
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and well versed in configuration, customization, and integration
• Having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM and Commerce
• Work with other project streams in ensuring successful project delivery
• Communicating issues opportunities to leadership and client stakeholders so that technology risks, costs and benefits can be evaluated
• Wherever possible, building reusable code and libraries for future use which optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Accurately estimates the time required for yourself or others to complete particular assignments.
• Oversee code reviews
