Purpose : To learn and leverage the resources made available and provide support to Programmatic team. Role Description : Support programmatic planners and supervisors by providing tactical support to each client team (may work across multiple clients). This person has executional responsibilities including ad trafficking, creative specs / creative management, DSP implementation, billing / finance, reporting and pre / post campaign launch QA. Marcel Programmatic Activation Industry Essentials, Functional Expertise) - Has completed DSP certifications (i.E. DV360, TTD, Amazon, Yahoo etc.) Profit - Creates programmatic demand by adding value to each team and project you touch - Completes month-end billing in partnership with media team leads - Gains exposure to latest Groupe Solutions and PMX deals Product - Stays on top of industry trends, case studies and best practices (eMarketer, PMX Knowledge Center, AdWeek, AdExchanger, etc.) - Focuses on executional responsibilities including ad server management, DSP campaign builds & implementation, campaign delivery, pre / post launch QA, creative specs and reporting - Emerging mastery of “media math” - Develops foundational knowledge of primary DSPs (i.E. DV360, TTD, Yahoo, Amazon DSP etc.) - Develops foundational knowledge of Prisma platform People - Assists planners & supervisors on programmatic media plan recommendations (tactical plans, performance reporting, optimizations, billing / finance, pre / post QA launch) - Gains good internal relationship skills - Provides Vendor / Publisher relationship support - Typically an internally-facing role but can gain exposure to media reps, creative agencies and clients depending on team ramp-up Process - Develops appropriate time management skills (advocate for own workload, use downtime purposefully) - Learns programmatic processes (collaboration, using technology effectively, DSP best practices, QA process) - Attention to details and focusing on meticulousness and accuracy of tasks You will fit right in if you have – - Any graduate / B.E / B.Tech / MBA - 2 -4 years’ experience in Online media and Programmatic platforms (TTD, DV360, Amazon DSP) - Experience working on DSP platforms like Yahoo (Verizon), DBM, MediaMath, Appnexus etc- will be an added advantage.
